Are you living on a really tight student budget, like the rest of the world? Well I still dont think that is a good enough excuse (that we all use) not to take better care of our skin, because even though we are still young, it can never be to early to start. That?s why I love drugstore products so much, they are cheap, mostly organic and parabeen free and they work like magic.

I can still remember my first visit to the drugstore, my grandmother took me to Newcastle and she introduced me to Boots, I remember we walked around and looked at products for hours and hours. It was all so fascinating, all these nice packaging ( I was ten you know, and probably only bought a lipgloss or two!) lined up, and the wide range of brands they carried. The French and British pharmacy-drugstores are the best so I normally buy all of these stuff when I am out traveling, but we are lucky enough to have the boots pharmacy in Norway as well( well it sure is a miniature version of it, but hey it is something isn?t it? ). So I thought would show you some of my favorites that I have been loving lately.
Avéne Démaquilland douceur por les yeux ? This gentle eye-make up remover is perfect for sensitive eyes it is a gel based remover that feels so cooling on your eyes. I love removing my eye-make up with this as it is so gentle, I find some eye make up removers can be a little ruff on the eyes. It is also supposed to be a good remover for people with contact lens. Avéne is originally a French drugstore brand but you can find it all over Europe, and at boots in Norway ( a long with the rest of the products I am going to talk about)
LA ROCHE-POSAY hydranorme - for people like me who have really dry and sensitive skin, this moisturizer is just a dream come true. As my skin has suffered from some really badly acne from time to time and because I have used lots of products with ingredients to dry out the oil in the skin to tighten the pores, it has dried out my skin a lot. And due to that and the acne problem it has become a little sensitive. My dermatologist says that almost everyone with dry skin has sensitive skin as well. And this crème is so thick, almost a little to thick, but you need such a little amount of product for it to work into your skin anyway. I use it both a.m and p.m for best result. It smells super fresh and it is paraben-free. Moisturizers like this one I only use from time to time when I feel like my skin really needs it, and when I feel it has done the magic I go back to my normal day/night cream.
Olivia eco eye cream ? I have had this on my bathroom shelf for years, and I always repurchase it. It is made of organic olive oil, and is perfect for a.m and p.m I expecally love putting a small amount of it onto my lids before I go do bed, and when I wake up my eyes feels moisturized and fresh. Perfect if you tend to get dry areas around your eyes, and if you tend to wake up with red and swollen eyes. My all time favorite eye cream .
Soap and glory´s Trick and treatment ? it says on the package that it have opacity to cover anything, but I like it more as a highlighter or illuminator. It totally opens up my tired eyes and can be used to highlight anything. I love it under my eyes, a tiny bit around my nose and under my eyebrows to highlight. But it has a yellow pigment mix to neutralize dark circles under the eyes which really does the trick!
VICHY Normaderm for acne prone skin- This is my absolute favorite drugstore cleanser, normally I have been using the dermalogica cleansing gel, but this works just as fine. And has the best ingredient for people with acne prone skin, salicylic acid. I always cleanse twice, once to get rid of the make-up and once to really cleanse and massage my skin. It cleanses the pores and prevent new breakouts. I have hardly had any clogged pores since I started using it, which is amazing!
